We have made some good preparation progress. The 4 motorcycles fit in the van with room to spare.
We have taken delivery of bike to bike radios to communicate on the road.
Lorenz has been busy with the van, replacing the cam belt and providing comfort for the passenger.
I have new waterproof luggage and have decided to invest in travelling clothing from Rohan which I know to be excellent.
It's difficult to know what clothing to take as we shall be travelling high mountain passes and low deserts
and all places in between.

Below you can see the machines that I will be using on my trip.
They are -
Suzuki DR350 - the mountain goat. Fun where ever you take it.
Honda XLV600 Transalp - The do it all machine - Good on the motorway
and good on less challenging tracks.
Lorenz has a very similar pair
The question we now need to answer is - Will all 4 machines fit in a Transit van?
